[2.2.0] Kill the devil

Features

• The devil has blood and killable now
• Add items Gunpowder, Bullet, and recipes
• Automatically play the fishing game if auto-use is activated
• Add item coal recipe
• The devil will ask the player to play for more rounds for every 20 rounds, as long as the player has blood
• Add a relic page and unlock information after the end of the game if the player kills the devil

Fixes

• All items enabled at the end of the round should respect the show filter

Refactorings

• Revoke and refund the game round skill since it's a challenge, not an upgrade
